We also have quality control and compliance standards for our products and ONLY ship to states where Delta 8  and 9 are currently legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. All our Delta 9 products are below the 0.3% THC requirements and have current COAs. Our legal team takes best practice on staying ahead of the legality with each state.
