Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

HumpBack stands behind our products. There are times when a purchase may not work out as expected. The following Return Policy outlines the process and policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Our policy will accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day period begins on the date your order was received, confirmed through the delivery tracking information used by our company.

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our return team at returns@humpbackhemp.com. Please provide your order number, the reason for your return and the best way to get in touch.
2. Response Time: Our  team will respond to your request within 7 business days.
3. Authorizing Return: Approvals will be approved if all guidelines are met. Return instructions and a return shipping address will be provided once approved. 
4. Returning the Product: Take the unused product in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation and resend back to the address provided.
5. Tracking Return: We require using a trackable shipping method and sharing the tracking number with us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the original packaging and unused and unopened.
• Contact our team to initiate a return.
• Package and ship back to the company and provide a shipping number.

*If all products are returned in their original condition, they will be refunded. 

• Shipping Return: The responsibility is at the cost of the customer  for return.
• Original Shipping Costs: charges from the original shipping are non-refundable.

Once a return has been received and inspected, our team will notify you about the status of your refund within 7 business days from the return being received:

1. Receiving Approval: If approved, a refund is processed within 5 business days.
2. Method of Refund: The original payment method used will be refunded.
3. Time to Process: There may be an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, check your payment provider.

Please follow our return process and place a new order for the item intended.

* Direct exchanges are not something we process.

POLICY: Our Return Policy applies ONLY to products purchased directly from HumpBackHemp.com. Products which have been purchased directly through a retail partner, must be returned directly to the place where the purchase took place and follow their return policies.

We offer a 24 hour cancellation from the time of the online order placement. Once shipped,  you will be required to follow the return process outlined in our policy to receive a refund.
